Rachel Ruzumna is a 25-year-old singer-songwriter from the northern suburbs of Chicago, now based in Los Angeles. Her music blends raw storytelling with cinematic honesty, shaped by years of playing guitar, piano, and singing since childhood. As a teenager, she discovered songwriting as a way to translate emotion into melody, developing a sound that balances vulnerability, strength, and a deep sense of place.

In 2022, Ruzumna moved to Los Angeles to pursue music full-time. This past year, she performed at South by Southwest (SXSW) and played a sold-out show at PBS Theater in downtown Austin alongside Gregg Rolie and Madam Radar. She has released her debut EP, is working on a second, and is currently co-writing her debut album with Rolie.

As the first artist signed to BAM Artists, Ruzumna continues to create music grounded in authenticity and vulnerability. Her work explores the spaces between ambition and isolation, turning deeply personal moments into songs that resonate with honesty and heart.
